Bar Schiacciate was founded with respect and love for Italian culinary culture.

From the mountains to the sea, no matter how far you wander, you won’t find the origin of the best Italian food. It’s not in Bologna or Parma, not in Florence or Venice, but in all these places. It’s the cooking and craftsmanship that have traveled through history. It’s the food from home that is the best Italian food. Haute Cuisine does not exist in Italy.
