Join Brian Pasternack, a young man with no future in a dystopian 90s society, on his first day at one of the world’s largest companies, Sintracorp. Uncertain, unprepared, and massively unqualified, will Pasternack have what it takes to shine in Sintracorp’s hierarchy? It all depends on how he performs on his first assignment… and whether he survives it.

During his unconventional employee orientation, Pasternack discovers what his new job really entails: hunting a “witch” whose powers made the success of the corporation possible in the first place, but who now seems to have returned to torment its employees. Brian will meet all kinds of odd characters, escape from terrible creatures, and unravel the hidden secrets of Sintracorp’s dark past.

User Reviews

Reviewers praise Crunchyroll: Yuppie Psycho for its gripping narrative, multiple endings, and puzzle-driven replay value set in a rich office-horror world. However, recurring bugs—black screens, crashes, and unplayable cutscenes—along with frequent progress blockers and occasional save data loss significantly impact playability, especially on mobile. A strong story-forward experience overall, best enjoyed by fans of horror/mystery who don’t mind patch-related hiccups.
Pros
  • Strong, engaging story with suspense and mystery; multiple endings.
  • High replay value and satisfying puzzles; invites exploration and sharing with friends.
  • Rich setting and genre blend (office environment, horror/psychological elements).
  • Mobile port offers a PC-like experience and easy navigation.
Cons
  • Persistent bugs causing black screens, freezes, and crashes during transitions and cutscenes (VHS playback issues).
  • Progress often blocked early or at various points (stuck, unable to advance, specific sections like VHS, shapes, cemetery).
  • Save data loss/corruption (saves deleted or damaged).

Genuinely such a great game I literally have to show it to everyone I know and I’ve been playing it for a few weeks now. I’ve replayed it numerous times at this point bc I keep showing it to new people and the story is amaaazinggg there are points in the game where I really have to take a moment and find a solution to the puzzle and points with sequences that straight up give me chills. Unraveling the stories mysteries and discovering new things in this game is so fun and exciting. Every day I’m so excited to get home from school so I can play this game with my friends. I love it thank you to crunchyroll for putting me on and to the game developers for making something so entrancing. Literally sent to a different realm whenever I play 🥹🙏🏽

I played for a while but before I got to the first save I had to go idle and it kicked me from the game and signed me out so now I have to restart :(

This game is one of the most interesting games I have ever played. There are so many different endings it makes a wonderful play! This was my first Crunchyroll game I’ve ever played, and still remains my favorite to this day. It’s an office setting, and has literally everything in it. It’s funny, scary, horrific, psychological, has a little bit yandere, romance, revenge, and is overall just interesting. The challenges can be a little bit hard, but I have not experienced any issues with the play through on my phone, and must be an issue with the earlier versions. You should play it not only for me, but yourself, and how can we forget our favorite main character Brian! Let me also add.. Crunchyroll! Pls, pls, pls, pls make an anime of this 🥹 🙇‍♀️
