Recent reviews

As an NRI, first time to verify, the app asks to send verification message from international number to India number. If you don’t have an international pack enabled on your number abroad, app won’t work and no other way to verify. when requested to customer service they said that’s the only way. I was planning to invest more with kotak but this experience is unpleasant so rethinking now.
