I’m having issues figuring out calorie count on this app. I’m not the type of person who particularly enjoys tracking and counting calories either, but I set my goals to figure out my nutritional needs based on the keto diet. The previous numbers that were suggested were way too high for net carbs, fats, and protein and I knew that I actually lost weight doing keto in the past, but I still can’t factor in the conversion of cups to oz or oz to grams. This app is too difficult to use.
