Rentals have always been my main goal since I don’t want to work forever. Since Covid rentals have been very hard to come by and cash flow properly. I signed up for the course with Tom, studied his material and made the jump into low income housing rentals. It’s been a dream come true. I’ve always avoided this area of real estate because of the bad wrap it gets but working with Tom Gabe me the courage to try. I’ve purchased 9 houses in 6 months using his platform and provided material and well on my way to reaching my lofty goals. Things I like most? Tom somehow makes time to always answer all of my one on one messages and help or provide advice on everything I ask. 6 months later he is still here for me like a friend, always quick to answer. Any time I had a question, I could reach out directly and always got a fast, thoughtful response. Just a week into the program, Tom connected me with a 5-pack of properties. I didn’t have all the answers but I was ready to commit and figure it out along the way especially knowing Tom had my back. Today, I officially closed on all 5 properties! Super seamless process. Jonah was also great to work with. Beyond Tom’s support, the community has been incredibly helpful and engaged…there’s always someone willing to offer advice, share resources or answer questions. And the software tools make everything more streamlined from finding deals to managing your portfolio.
