2024-09-23	Kc*****	The support staff gave me incorrect information on how to cancel my subscription. When I called to explain what had happened and ask for a refund the agent said the misunderstanding was my fault so no refund, then he called me a slur and hung up. Worst customer support ever. They make the cancellation very difficult on purpose. Be aware.
