This app has a lot of potential, but in its current state it feels clunky, outdated, and difficult to navigate. The interface is not very visually appealing, and the overall layout doesn’t seem designed around how residents actually use an HOA app. The number one reason most homeowners open the app is to see upcoming community events, but those are not front and center. The home screen should prioritize a clear event calendar with the ability to add events directly to Google Calendar, Outlook, Yahoo, and Apple Calendar not just Apple. That alone would make the app much more useful. Beyond events, there should be quick and obvious access to: * Contact the HOA directly. * Submit and track service or maintenance requests. * Access governing documents, meeting minutes, ACC forms, and community rules. * A complete directory with HOA board members, committee contacts, and management company information. * Community announcements and emergency alerts. * Amenity reservations and facility status updates. * Push notifications for important deadlines, pool closures, road work, and neighborhood events. Right now, too many features are buried behind confusing menus, and the user experience feels like an afterthought. An HOA app should make it easier to stay connected and engaged with the community, but this one makes simple tasks harder than they need to be. I hope future updates focus less on the current design and more on functionality and usability.
