2025-08-19	TS*****	Just downloaded, following steps to set up new account via email and it automatically populates “there was a problem connecting to keepy, please try again soon”. Despite full internet connection and access to data and no other standard troubleshooting issues, we’re unable to even get up and started.

2025-04-14	ES*****	I’ve had this app for many years, and that’s the only reason I’m sticking with it. Any time I try to add my kids’ artwork, I get the “server busy” error message and am unable to upload. When you try to send feedback, that link doesn’t work. I don’t understand why there’s not more about this sham out there for when I google it.

2025-02-05	Ba*****	I excitedly downloaded this app for my daughter who just started pre-k, but the app has not worked at all. I cannot add my child, I mean the buttons to put in the birthday literally don’t work and the app shut downs. Thoroughly disappointed.
