2026-07-27	as*****	This bank wasnt bad at first but now i cant even use my cards more than 3 times a day without it getting locked down due to “fruad protection” i have called them multiple times and all they ever do is a temporary fix that last maybe 3 days. I absolutely despise this company and i will be switching banks as soon as possible, i cant stand them. Also if you want a loan good luck because you have to wait 2 years before they will even consider it. Thanks for nothing

2023-12-02	Li*****	Navigation in older version was easier to follow and the layout (on an iPhone at least$ was easier to read. Those two issues are not deal breakers but not being able to turn my debit card off and on through the app is a MAJOR flaw! Now it seems they are pushing everyone to use that other stupid app Card Valet if you want to be able to turn your card off and on 24/7. Like I need yet another app on my already congested phone? No reason why the new Red Crown app can’t have that ability. Total fail on their part. I can only hope that will be a not to distant future upgrade.😞
