v. shortens the time that plaintiffs must wait to receive funds upon the conclusion of trials, whether these funds are awarded as damages or upon settlement with defendants. v. accomplishes this by allowing representing law firms to push requests for documents, signatures and data vital to closing a case, all within the v. app. Once a case closes, plaintiffs are paid in the v. app, receiving funds in an FDIC-insured v. account.
