2026-08-19	Me*****	I used this app multiple times to order rides and some were relatively last minute it wouldn’t take longer than 20 mins to get a taxi and the pricing was always accurate or cheaper. This being said we were in Palma where it was very busy and we stayed in this area for the most part but I would definitely use again! Cheaper than taxiclick!

2026-08-15	St*****	We booked a cab that was supposed to arrive within two minutes. The driver then cancelled the trip and the app kept saying “trip completed”. It would not let me book another trip. I clicked “repeat”; I cancelled the trip; I tried to pre-book a trip. Nothing was possible. I had to delete the app and re-install it with another email address for it to work again.

2026-08-13	Ca*****	After requesting a cab on the app, waiting 20 minutes, and chatting with our driver via the app he picked up another passenger. We showed him our confirmation with his license plate number and he said “It doesn’t matter-these other people have been waiting 30 mins.” What’s the point of this app if the driver doesn’t use it? Oh then he closed out the trip in the app indicating that we were “no shows.” Nice.

Don’t use uber they said… Well, I just missed my plane because of this app. Ordered a taxi for 4am 2 days in advance. The app confirmed the trip. The taxi didn’t show up. No phone to call, no one to ask for help… At 5:30 I managed to get into a bus. Arrived at the airport and missed my plane! 3h later, the driver calls me. “It’s your taxi” he said. Horrible customer experience!

2026-06-16	Pa*****	It worked okey till the last step. I selected destination on the map, it showed the correct route, but then it said “can’t go there”, select custom destination, with no way to do so.

2026-06-13	SM*****	I could not even get past the booking screen. Due to a poorly coded airport pickup screen, the app wouldn’t recognize my flight info and required an arrival time but did not provide the space to enter one. Really bad.

2025-06-05	wr*****	It’s nice to have the app but sometimes the wait time is long. I’ve been number 1 in line and still had to wait 40-50 minutes to be assigned a taxi. Then, at times you get a taxi and it will say they’ll arrive in 4 minutes but they don’t actually arrive for 15-20 minutes. So it’s nice to have but you have to build in wait times. For airport runs it might be better to hire a private driver.
