2023-12-29	Wi*****	I have been a loyal customer to Arlin and Maxi. I had no problems using Maxi’s old website, up until a few weeks ago when Arlin decided to upgrade and make a new website and app. Since this change has happened every attempt I make to sign into my account has been declined and it says I don’t have an account. I am paying $365 every year and am not able to receive my daily action and email. I have made multiple attempts to reach to Arlin and his support email - no response has been made. I am very disappointed with how this has turned out.

Props to Arlin for being someone to bring this on the scene, very impressive and I’m excited to see what amazing things keep coming from it.
