2026-08-06	Dm*****	Usually apps are disappointing. They only do half of what they say. They glitch. I have had a great experience with Handoff. It is learning how we do business. It creates documents and forms on the fly. It serves as a CRM, estimator and great office tool. Customers and staff alike complement the professional forms we send out.

I tell Handoff what I need, and it makes adjustments. It handles typing, gathering, sorting, and editing, freeing me to think more clearly and ensure I'm catching everything, all while meeting the necessary margins to be successful. The client portalmis a great help and the features being added are growing this platform very quickly. If you haven't tried AI estimating then Handoff is worth investing some time into. The team is very helpful and quick to respond.

And understands Construction it helps me every single day with all the upgrades and changes they are planning I believe this will be my go to for years to come. All of the staff have been helpful with all with the same goal in mind to make this a great product for customers.

2026-03-22	Tr*****	Five minutes into using the first test estimate, a very quickly realize that the results are extremely inaccurate. For example: for building a deck, a called for 2 x 4 blocking and 2x6 rim joist. The nominal depth of each of those should match the floor joist nominal depth.. it also called for 2 x 6 to make staircase stringers. It also overestimated the floor joist by about 25% and linked me to a Lowe’s pricing of $1.50 a linear foot. Then when I checked Lowe’s, it’s closer to $2.67 a linear foot. Those are the first mistakes that jumped out at me right away, so I’m sure there would be more if I decide to spend more time on it. I only gave a two star because if you do your homework and you have a lot of patience, you can update all the right numbers in the system. So it’s like a good template, but need you to give it a lot of input.
