This property management company is a WHOLE MESS! Its quite honestly a joke that they’re even still in business. This is just a reskin of the RentCafe app. You can use the RentCafe app instead, and you should.

2024-11-01	Ch*****	This app works well for things like maintenance requests but when it comes time to pay rent it is unstable. I assume it is because of the demand as everyone pays their rent at the same time but if you’re going to offer an app and know you have many tenants at many properties doing it at the same time you’ve got to be able to back it up with reliable performance. Too many errors and timeouts.
