How Does the Team Transformerz Coaching: Diet & Training Work?

     Based on your information and fitness goals we are going to create a strategy, regarding both nutrition and training;

     You can choose to start by following a meal plan made by our team; -          Then we are going to help you and teach you how to track your calories with our app (if needed);

     You can count calories within the app, using our food database, or you can add your own foods to the database;

     Every week, we are going to evaluate you progress and adjust (if needed) our recommendations regarding your nutrition and training strategy.

     Now you have everything you need to achieve your body recomposition goals!
