2024-09-03 Te***** If you don’t want to pay $60+ a year to use the “premium” which just means ad-free version of this app then it’s next to completely unusable. The Ads are literally non-stop with 5-10 seconds to actually see your auth codes before the next Ad. If you want to add a new app to the list then you have to view a bunch of Ads and try and figure out which is an Ad or actually part of this App. What a piece of garbage. Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator and a half dozen more Authenticator Apps are completely free and don’t includes Ads. These others certainly don’t drive you mad with Ads like Authy does.

2024-04-30 Oh***** You can’t use this app without paying for it. There are other free authentication apps that don’t require a ridiculous fee to use. I downloaded this app because my bank suggested it, but why pay $3.99 a week when others offer free?

2024-02-28 -N***** Js doing this for free. Recently, I encountered an interesting prompt from Authy, a widely respected two-factor authentication app, urging me to conduct a review of their service without any charge. At first glance, this may seem like a standard request for feedback, but it underscores a deeper strategy aimed at enhancing user experience and broadening the app's user base. By encouraging free reviews, Authy is not only signaling confidence in the quality and reliability of their security services but also leveraging user testimonials to strengthen trust among potential new users. This approach is savvy; positive user reviews act as personal recommendations, which are often more persuasive than traditional advertising. Moreover, this invitation for feedback demonstrates Authy's commitment to transparency and continuous improvement, qualities that are paramount in the cybersecurity domain. They seem to understand that in the digital age, where threats evolve rapidly, staying relevant means listening to the users on the frontline. By acting on user suggestions and criticisms, they can make more informed enhancements to their app. Additionally, this strategy fosters a sense of community and engagement among its users, who feel valued and heard. In a market where many apps struggle to distinguish themselves, Authy's proactive stance on reviews could set them apart as a customer-centric option. Altogether, this gesture of soliciting free reviews not only benefits Authy by amplifying its reputation and refining its service but also empowers users by involving them directly in the app's evolution.
