"Nokhte"

Nokhte is a mobile app made for creating alignment for your in-person meetings.

Creating a shared foundation is essential in order to explore the best path forward. We do this by the use of conversation blocks such as: goals, agreements, frames, insights, and action steps. Within each block there is the consensus ability. Through this the group establishes what is agreed upon and what is not, and provides open space for disagreements to be addressed.

During the meeting, you can use the speaking pad to mark your turn as the current speaker with a color timer that gives you a sense of how long you have been speaking. As a result, more voices are heard when people have the space to express themselves. Within the speaking pad, there are tools anyone can use to enrich the conversation beyond speaking. The tools are cook, rally, pause, and speaker queue.

Cook allows anyone to give more time to the current speaker.

Rally allows the current speaker to choose another person to speak with.

Pause allows anyone to pause the discussion for a moment of reflection or rest.

The speaker queue allows anyone the ability to speak next.
