MiPHR has developed a mobile application to address the rising cost of chronic condition management including diabetes, hypertension, and obesity. The mobile application is designed to manage patients diagnosed with chronic conditions, connecting them with their participating providers to received recurring reports for remote physiological management and chronic care management.

Subscription Plans (Yearly, Auto-Renewable):

Premium Plan: Unlock all features, including sending reports to your selected healthcare provider. ($12.99 per year)

Standard Plan: Access all features except report sharing with participating healthcare providers. ($2.99 per year)

Payment and Renewal Information: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Account settings at any time after purchase.

The app is a lot less expensive than other similar fitness apps and easy to use. I have mine connected to my Withings and Apple Watch devices and it updates instantly. The reports are automatically sent to the doctor’s office each month. I recommend it if you are serious about managing your health.

The MiPHR app is bit more simple than MyFitnessPal and other calorie apps on the market. However, it’s a lot cheaper at like $2.99/mo versus $19.99/mo. It connects with Apple Watch health logs and has a barcode to track specific food items, which other services often charge a lot more for. Unlike other apps, the MiPHR app is able to share you health records and risk for pre-diabetes seamlessly with your doctor. My only compliant is that the selection for food item service cannot be inputed, only selected. In other words, you can only select .25, .5, .75, etc when I might want to put something like .8 or 2 oz. Regardless, this is a great app to improve your health especially if you are prediabetic!
