Recent reviews

So I use this app for all my videos, pics and music right. The other day every time I tried to create something it wouldn’t do it and it would just refund. So I log out then log back in and my account is reset. Over 4K credits gone. I sent the people a ticket to see what’s what and no one has gotten back to me and now I can’t create anything. No telling when they will get back to me but it shouldn’t take a week to do so.

I used this app a lot and was really impressed with it.. Until it would show as saving my video and never actually save it for my use. And yes, I checked all the settings to ensure they were right and also have updated the app religiously. If not for this issue, I would gladly give it a full 5 stars, but I can't until the issue is fixed.

I keep getting stuck on the main splash stage and I don’t know how to advance or get off of it I’ve deleted and redownloaded it and have closed it out and everything else so if you know how to fix this please help me.
