Cant get the app to pair to the aids. I can pair the phone to the aids but not the app. Cannot control and tune aids. I’ve been using hearing aids for years and I still cannot find a product that works. Save your money.

I purchased the OW – 17 and cannot find any videos or information online regarding pairing the app. I successfully paired the device to my phone, but the app keeps telling me to reconnect the Bluetooth when it’s already connected. Unfortunately, you need the app. To find tune the aids. I contacted the manufacturer and will hopefully get some assistance.
