2026-08-10	At*****	Since the app has been updated, I can no longer transfer money when I open up a new CD from another bank. It wants me to go into the branch. The money is coming from an online bank, and I do not have checks for it.

2026-08-07	Oz*****	If i could give this app and Bank of Ozark’s running of it negative stars i would. I have had to change my password so many times because when i log into it i just about every time get a notice something has gone wrong please call this number. I have had more issues out of this app than every app i have combined. Absolutely beyond ridiculous

2026-08-05	Wi*****	I have a personal loan through OZK. There is a feature to make a PRINCIPAL ONLY payment but it doesn’t work. I guess it’s back to sending checks in.

2026-08-04	mo*****	The Bank OZK branches are convenient, and the employees have always been helpful. Unfortunately, the app is so frustrating that it’s making me seriously consider changing banks. The app never remembers me or my password, even when I choose those options. I end up having to reset my password at least every other time I log in. Banking should be simple, but instead it’s a constant cycle of password changes. Changing banks is a hassle, but at this point, changing my password every other day is an even bigger hassle. I hope Bank OZK fixes these login issues because they take away from an otherwise good banking experience.

2026-08-01	Ki*****	I normally don’t write reviews on my banking apps, or any apps for that matter, but you seem to have gone backwards. As the previous “rater” stated, the new version is more like a website. If I wanted the website I would just create a shortcut to it. This new version is just not as “people friendly” and frankly is not as aesthetically pleasing as the old app.

2026-07-29	Da*****	I honestly don’t know why we had to change to this new app it’s so disappointing does not show me actual up to date information and when I transfer money from one app to my bank account it doesn’t show it. Im actually very mad and upset about this

2026-07-28	Ga*****	I will no longer bank with Bank OZK. I’ve lost more money banking with them that’s actually been in my account. I’ve called to turn off my overdraft fees because In the last few months I’ve lost over 300 dollars with overdraft fees. I’ve called to ask them to turn off overdraft fees opened my account and Bank OZK took out another 70 dollars on over draft fees that should’ve never been pulled out of my account in the first place they do not believe in reimbursement for the SCAM that they are doing. I would never recommend banking with them ever.

2026-07-27	Ka*****	This app freaking sucks. It’s not user friendly at all. It’s not showing me my accurate bank account balances. I could go on and on. This new app version is a huge downgrade. The old app was amazing and worked like a charm.
