AI4DI – “Artificial Intelligence for Diversity and Inclusion: Raising Awareness in Work Environments” is a project co-financed by the European Erasmus+ program in the field of vocational education and training (VET). The objective is to create a new training approach on the importance of diversity and inclusion in work environments, using AI for employee sentiment analysis and this App for administering the questionnaire, generating reports and statistics, and highlighting potential training proposals. FEATURES - The App was developed with colors suitable for users with color blindness, the font chosen is Open Dyslexic to ensure clear readability for people with dyslexia, and to facilitate access for blind users, each question is linked to an audio file. TIMING - Given the simplicity of the questionnaire, the estimated average completion time is about 10 minutes. This cross-platform App is designed with two distinct sections for the user (employee/collaborator) and the administrator (company/manager/HR). USER The steps that involve the user are: Download App - The user downloads the App on a smartphone and accesses the welcome page where an explanatory tutorial can be viewed. Token entry - The user logs in by simply entering the token generated by the company. No registration or personal data is required. The token remains active for 2 weeks; after that, the code expires and the user cannot access the questionnaire. Access to the questionnaire - The user, completely anonymously, answers the open-ended questions proposed by the questionnaire. Completion can be paused, interrupted, and resumed later without losing previously completed answers. The display order of the questions is random. ADMINISTRATOR The steps that involve the administrator are: Company registration - The administrator must register the company via the link on the ai4di.com website; this operation must be done on a PC, after which it can also be used on a smartphone. Platform access - Once logged in, the administrator must choose the language (Italian, English, German) in which to proceed. The selected language will also be used in the questionnaire administered to employees. Token creation - The administrator creates the token that will then need to be sent to users for completing the questionnaire. The token cannot be sent directly from the App but must be sent via an external method (corporate messaging, corporate mailing list, etc.). The token has a preset duration of 2 weeks after which it can no longer be used by the user. Profile questions - The administrator must answer a few questions about the company (number of employees, industry sector, etc.). The data will be used to create statistical reports and will never be used to identify the company. Report - Once the employee questionnaire submission period expires (2 weeks) and AI analysis is complete, the administrator receives an email notification indicating the presence of reports in the App. The reports will be viewable with very intuitive graphs that can be downloaded and used by the administrator. The administrator can view the questions, the percentages of positive/negative responses, but cannot in any way view the responses or the individuals who answered. The reports will provide data and information regarding areas for improvement, how to increase the score, and will suggest a possible training proposal. Once the process is completed, from registration to final reports, the company will not be able to resubmit the questionnaire before 6 months.
