We were a group of five of a family and purchased a standard package of MCDC through a local middle man kind of travel agency who work on finding Umra and Hajj packages. We had a lot of problems as the most important service items included in our package were never provided. There were no guides, no one received us at the airport, no training, no guide, no CIM card, no wheelchair we asked for, no Madina tour, no Makah tour, no designated transportation from hotel to Harem, no personal items. Besides the hotels and food were absolutely terrible. No one to complain. Tried several times to complain about MCDC to NUSUK but they referred us back to same company that we have complained. Nusuk has a support web site but it to hard to use and beside they don’t take any action to resolve your issue. They simply tell you to contact your service provider which are the main issue themselves. MCDC had a volunteer to support but when you ask for any support or information needed, they say that they will contact they don’t have authority and they can only let the supervisor know. Much more to say about what was promised and what was provided. I hope NUSUK will start their heavy involvement and oversight of the customer support process. Thanks

Al Salamu alikum. First Jazakoum Allah kheir for always working hard on finding means to make Hajj and Ummrah easy for everyone. Unfortunately, the orders given to the Rawdah volunteers are executed in a poor matter. The Rawdah is jannah. In Jannah per the blessed ayah : Salam is means of communication. The sunnah of the prophet is to be gentle. None of this is happening. Firstly, no one is allowed the 15 min that the app gives them. I was shooed after 3 min and again in 9 min. The manner was sadly un Islamic yelling at the muslin and not allowing them to make duaa or pray with kushu. It felt like I was dealing with zionists stopping me from praying in Aqsa. They had no respect for the holiness of the place or the presence of our beloved prophet or Sahaba. May Allah guide them and those giving them orders and all Muslims to what He loves ameen. Please have husn zun and respect. Allow people their 15 min of jannah in peace. And recognize how lucky you are to be working in jannah and use it wisely. Allah is watching you.
