Configure, test, and maintain your Harken Powered Valve system from your pocket — servos, button pads, C2C modules, diagnostics, and firmware updates over Bluetooth.

Harken Config is the official companion app for the Harken Powered Valve system. Connect to your Powered Valve Controller over Bluetooth to set up, customize, test, and maintain your entire system — right from your iPhone or iPad.

A Harken Powered Valve Controller (sold separately) is required.

CONNECT IN SECONDS • Guided onboarding walks you through powering up, scanning, and pairing • Secure, passkey-protected Bluetooth connection • Supports large systems — up to 250 servos, 250 button pads, and 16 CAN-to-current modules

CONFIGURE EVERY DEVICE • Controller — rename your controller, manage its security passkey, and set an inactivity timer that automatically shuts down functions after a period of inactivity • Servos — add servos with a guided step-by-step wizard, name each one, enable or disable it, and fine-tune pump, hold, and dump position offsets up to ±25° to dial in every valve • Button Pads — add Blink Marine keypads, set backlight brightness, rotate the layout to match how the pad is mounted, and choose from nine LED colors per button. Make buttons momentary or latching with a configurable delay, and assign up to four functions per button to servo pump, dump, and hold actions or C2C outputs • C2C Modules — add Danfoss CAN-to-current modules to drive traditional hydraulic circuits and name them for easy configuration

TEST AS YOU GO • Move servos to their tuned positions right from the app to verify your setup • Identify devices in a crowded installation — servos wiggle, button pads blink, C2C coils energize • Add-device wizards detect conflicts and guide you through replacing devices cleanly

MONITOR SYSTEM HEALTH • See active faults for the whole system at a glance, described in plain language • Track live and peak current draw for the system and for each individual device • Faulted devices are surfaced first, so problems are easy to find

STAY UP TO DATE • The app checks for controller firmware updates automatically and installs them over Bluetooth with clear progress and safeguards • Downloads are integrity-verified, and a bundled fallback image keeps you covered even offline

BACKUP YOUR SETUP • Email a complete snapshot of your system configuration for your records or to share with support
