2025-11-26	Th*****	I pulled up to one of their chargers, scanned the code to download the app to use it, once it downloaded it said my app was out of date and needed an update. When I selected the option to update the app, it took me to the AppStore page for this app, but there was no update. Made it literally impossible to use. Yikes

2025-10-24	Am*****	Keeps saying my app is out of date with no option to update it in the app store. It also doesn’t charge my car fully and it’ll tell me that it’s overcharged and it’s very frustrating. And if it doesn’t connect to Wi-Fi properly then the app kicks you out.

The app is broken and currently telling me to update it when theres no update deeming it unusable. We really scanning QR codes in 2025 when we got NFC? 2025-04-07	Mc*****	It is what it is. It’s not perfect from a UI perspective , but stable enough to be reliable. It’s a pretty basic app. Honestly this has been a god send for me, I own an EV and my condo has Envirospark chargers. I am able to charge a few times a week to get everything I need. The subscription saves me a lot of money. At the end of the day, very happy to have this
It is what it is. It’s not perfect from a UI perspective , but stable enough to be reliable.
