Even after providing all required proof, inaction continued, leading to many whales and longstanding members of the community understandably quitting. 2026-02-01	Sk*****	I love this game but I deleted it but when I want to play it again, all my progress (I had a LOT, like weeks worth) is gone and it’s hard to get it back since I forgot my password and stuff, man I’m sad I gotta play all over again :(

2026-01-31	jd*****	Hey, I love your game so much! You really took the idea of, “Idle Cultivation” to a whole other level. One problem with it in my opinion is that, it’s so slow of progress and I hate the fact you have to have “Peaches” to be able to cultivate. I also hate the fact how hard it is to get custom skins/avatars….. If that would be fixed then I might start paying money in your game! Just please consider this and have a nice day!

If this situation is not resolved quickly and the rightful owner is not protected, it will severely damage player trust and confidence in the game’s account security. Many North American players are already stating that they will quit the game and pursue refunds for purchases made, due to the perception that stolen accounts are not being recovered or safeguarded.
