2024-01-08	Lu*****	I paid for a yearly subscription because the app only puts that option front and center over everything that I can’t try it unless I subscribe first—first red flag. Then the app didn’t recognize I had a YEARLY subscription so I thought maybe there was a free trial period or a day of waiting but I bought the monthly subscription to see if maybe the app wants monthly subscription first then yearly. Neither subscriptions are recognized and yet, MONEY was taken out for BOTH subscriptions and the app still acts like I didn’t subscribe at all! SCAM
