Health Hub

GSTT - HealthHub is an application providing personalised support from registered health professionals as part of your GSTT provided weight management programme.

You can use GSTT - Health Hub to:

• Join your live group video sessions (if you are part of our group-based services) • Communicate with the GSTT healthcare team • Engage in group chat to keep you and your group motivated • Access a range of helpful resources including guidance on diet, physical activity and behaviour change

This app is for use by only GSTT registered patients who are enrolled on one of our local South east London weight management programmes. Once you have been given a login by our team, you will be allocated to a health coach and a group (if you are part of our group-based services).
