Then they force you to use the app just to be able to see the pickup location of the package. Then of course you have to make an account! When making an account you can register with the sketchiest looking 3rd parties or use phone number and email. Phone number is only for a few countries. Guess what, that’s not an options for me! The package was supposed to be a surprise for the recipient so I had to ruin it to ask to use their phone number and be sent the verification code. Tried 10 times and the code never sends. HOW DO I GET MY PACKAGE!! All this just to find the pickup location?? Come on.

2025-09-16	Ju*****	I see in the updates that it failed to deliver because address was incomplete. No way to update the address and they don’t even call. Then I randomly see that’s it been dropped off at a pick up point without having received any notification about it.

2025-05-15	mv*****	Bring forces you to use this app to manage your packages, when that could all just be part of the website. Furthermore, they require you to create an account, which in particular requires a phone number, which additionally has to be from one of a few countries. This makes certain package management operations impossible for me.
