Liber is a new digital health service that anyone can activate every day, at any time, using a cell phone.

Within minutes, an initial assessment of symptoms is made and each user is assigned a clinical team. The service includes assessing symptoms, defining personalized treatment plans, prescribing prescriptions or tests and monitoring the evolution of health over time. Prevention programs are also available, for example for quitting smoking or losing weight, as well as renewing prescriptions for the chronically ill.
