2026-04-12	Ki*****	There is no point of having this app because it only lets you have one form unless you sign in. This may not be as big of a problem for other people, but I am not able to sign in. I am definitely going to delete this app. I thought this was the iPad app version of the one in the chrome browser app. This is not worth anyone’s time. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!

2025-12-22	Un*****	Don’t even try this app if you don’t want to waste 60$. Couldn’t cancel it. It immediately charged me. Deleted the app, flagged the charge and I cant get my money back. RIP OFF.
