2025-02-03	Ka*****	Good: - Caretakers unload all interaction into the app Bad: - Task list just dumps all kinds of notifications. I do not need a notification that I have added a contact. Functionality to mark notifications as read does not work - God forbid someone clicks in an image or an uploaded document. The whole app freezes after that sin - Chat messages always show as unread - No web access to read the documents comfortably. No one wants to read documents on the phone - No search function in chat It is clear that while the service is designed for taking care of elderly parents but the app is not thought out for that kind of life scenario and interaction.
