I had a terrible experience with this app. I bought two tickets, my payment was successfully charged, but I never received the tickets. They don’t appear in the app either, making them completely inaccessible. I contacted customer support several times, but they were unprofessional and unhelpful. Instead of resolving the issue, I was passed around without any real assistance. Save your money and avoid buying tickets through this app. There are much more reliable alternatives.

Paid for 4 tickets, received an invoice, but never received the tickets. It’s been 10 days and support has not replied to a single message. My money is gone and I got nothing in return. This feels like spam. Very disappointing experience. Avoid until they start respecting their customers.
