I used this software as it was super easy to use, but ever since last month, the software disconnects mid way into loading preparing to engrave. There is ABSOLUTELY no way around this. I am being forced to use another program. It is something that has to do with the software to engraver because the phone app works fine. I would highly suggest AGAINST this software… I really wish they would fix it. I have sent several emails and reports of the crash. No response back.

I see someone posted a one star? Crazy. I have been using Lightburn, and this is free and seems to be working perfectly fine. The interface is very someplace, and there is nothing wrong with that. I see there are in-app purchases? Havent seen any yet… Will update if it becomes clear that $$ is needed
