I’ve been using the Xeela app for 36 days, and I’ve already seen a huge improvement in my health.Before using the app, I would just guess whether a meal was healthy. I like all the features on this app like food tracking, workout choices, instructions. Only thing I don’t like is when you move your rest days and it skips your workout automatically you lose your streak and can’t catch up even though you didn’t actually skip a day
