Rise is the first lifestyle medicine social health platform that curates a connected, personalized health experience inside a peer-driven community. It all begins with an infotainment approach—a produced docuseries featuring 15 cast members—which teaches, equips, and inspires from the moment the user steps onto the platform. The Rise experience will consist of nearly one thousand videos (various lengths and styles) organized by episodes, supported by lessons and anchored by interactive challenges. Our initial focus is designed to inspire personalized transformation and optimization of diet quality while addressing other aspects of lifestyle medicine in a supporting role. Think of this as Rise Season One.
