Indian STEP & Business Incubator Association (ISBA) was established in the year 2004 under the umbrella of the Department of Science & Technology, Government of India. ISBA is actively engaged with various State and Central Government agencies on various policies such as Incubation startups, Innovation, and CSR Related Policies. Assist and support the government agencies in framing different schemes/programs for incubators and start-up Today ISBA has a membership base of 125+ organizations that are into entrepreneurship development and incubation. ISBA Connect, powered by Jumbow, will facilitate communication between its esteemed members to help them define policies and more.
