A trash company with trash people they don’t do auto pay and will try there best to make sure you have a late fee. They lied to me and told me I could set up a auto pay account the only reason I knew I was late was because they called me 5 days after to let me know that my payment didn’t go through even tho I was in auto pay she then lied to me again and told me I could pay at Firestone in cash that cash wasn’t “processed” until a day after so I got another late fee they make most of there money from late fees if you try to pay on time you will get a late fee it’s 100% going to happen if you pay on time or from my experience up to 3 days ahead they will “process” ur payment until you are late on said payment and even if it’s there fault because they will lie to ur face they will not remove it from your account
