Takes too long to approve shifts. Always pending. They don’t approve the shift then you see that same shift available again. Trash app.

I really like staff health.. but i haven’t been using them as much because it takes SO LONG for them to verify a shift .. it stays pending literally until a few hours before the shift starts and then they cancel you or drop the shift completely… Clearly that’s UNRELIABLE when you make a weekly schedule expecting a certain amount. I just don’t have time for a shift to be sitting in pending stage when other apps are posting shifts & getting instant confirmation.. that really needs to get changed or you’re barely going to have nurses on the app. We don’t play about our money or time. And it feels like a waste of time
