2025-06-23	Ni*****	This is typically my favorite game of this type but it will no longer load. Try to play and it gives me an error msg everytime. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still get same msg. Finally the game started to work after a week of the error msg, BUT it has started me at level one. I’ve paid to remove ads but now I have ads again?! I was on a very very high level but not anymore. This is crazy, these games developers don’t know what they’re doing. I try to restore account and purchases but it does nothing. Will give 5 stars when fixed.

I’ve been playing everyday for a very long time & I even belonged to a group. I was at level 3504, and now I’m at level 1……Please help me so that I won’t have to uninstall the game and never play again due to starting over😭I really love this game!!!
