2025-10-28	Je*****	I have been trying to 6 weeks to get access to my account, but forgot my password. No automatic emails were sent to my account so I emailed customer service for help; after a long delay and several back and forth emails, I was told the issue was resolved. It was not and no one from customer service will respond now. Terrible app and terrible assistance. Forget using this.

2025-10-22	je*****	Terrible app for students. Always forces you to re-verify your student status, that is, if it lets you. If it doesn’t let you, you just have to accept using a general account. Horrible.
