2025-12-05	Bo*****	I just wasted twenty minutes of my life on an underpaid test; the pay was not commensurate with the tasks provided and then when o completed the test, it failed to upload. I will not be completing any more mobile tests with this company.

2025-05-28	ka*****	I recently switched from Android to IOS and since downloading this app onto my iPhone, each time i attempt to login, the app crashes. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the app, but the issue still hasn’t resolved.

2025-02-11	Cl*****	The desktop version works great. The app does not. I’ve taken four tests via the app, and at the conclusion three of the videos failed to upload and deleted the entire test. (The fourth test had a separate issue). Each test takes about 30-45 minutes, so it’s a big waste of time when you get to the end and lose your entire video plus don’t get paid. I reached out to support three times and never heard back. Incredibly frustrating. I won’t be taking tests through Trymata anymore.

2024-07-18	MS*****	The old version was 50x better. They gave DOUBLE the compensation: It was $10/job - no exceptions. It’s now $5/job - and they aren’t quick or simple. They are usually 30min. No more, no less!! You are timed. If you do the ENTIRE thing right, but go over by 1 second, they disqualify you. you get nothing. You need a high quality mic. NO background noise. The test website & test questions are both required to be opened in two separate windows, with both showing on your screen at the same time, but NOTHING else can be opened. You need to open them in the browser of their choice. You can’t have ANY notifications/pop ups/interruptions during the test- they’re recording your screen and sound. If they feel like you didn’t answer each question clearly, accurately, in your own words, and explain WHY you give EACH answer - you’ll be disqualified. Meanwhile, they expect you to multitask - verbally answer questions WHILE visually completing each task on your screen. No time to think. They disqualify you for long pauses and silences. You also have to complete a written portion afterwards: Each question requires AT LEAST 1-2 complete sentences, proper grammar/spelling, & make sure to answer each question thoroughly/with detail. Also, in your OWN words. Don’t even try to look anything up. Otherwise, you’ll be disqualified. So if all of that is worth $5 that you may or may not get, and have to wait 3-7 days to find out if you did or not, and then longer to actually receive the money in PayPal… give it a try. That is, if the app actually works for you on your phone. Good luck.
