| 2026-06-16 | aj***** | Earlier the app was working fine however when I try to create a new account or use my Apple ID to sign in the app gives me an error and I can’t make a new account because that doesn’t work either. I like the app a lot but I will be forced to use another one if this cannot be fixed. | |

| 2026-04-18 | Wa***** | I subscribed as a lifetime user but now the app doesn’t recognize my subscription. I’ve informed the developers but they haven’t provided a solution. They gave excuses of Easter Holiday and Apple holding up the next release but it’s been almost a month now and I haven’t been able to use the app. I’m afraid this was a waste of money. | |

| 2026-04-16 | E.***** | I paid for the lifetime offer that I received via email, but was unable to get the app to acknowledge my subscription. I sent an email for assistance on 03/22, and after a few days of correspondence, I still couldn’t access the lifetime subscription in the app, despite being advised that I should be all set. I requested a refund on 03/27 and as of today, 04/16, I have not received a response. I initiated a dispute with my credit card company on 04/01, and I cannot say whether it’s still ongoing because of my credit card company, or because of Bright OS. I also confirmed a few minutes ago that I still cannot access the app, because I cannot get beyond step 11/12 that requires me to select either a monthly or annual subscription. | |

| 2026-03-28 | Fr***** | I was drawn to the lifetime membership with one purchase. It’s been a great motivation tool to help me keep track. The AI food scanner has not been the most accurate but it’s still a new app with potential. I’m happy with my purchase and looking forward to how they better it in the future. | |

| 2026-03-21 | Ke***** | I can’t be more happy with this app. Being able to see my exercise, sleep, and nutrition in a single app instead of having 3 different ones, has been a blessing. | |

| 2026-03-03 | Be***** | I invested into this app about a year ago, I regret nothing. It’s such a great app, they’ve been working and adding more things since i’ve had it. I’m very excited to see what more they will be adding especially for US users. I hope they bring more integrations | |

| 2026-03-01 | Us***** | A great app that is more than tracking calories in & out. I can track my recovery, stress, strain & more. | |

| 2026-02-11 | Le***** | I’ve tried many apps that do almost the same as Bright, but most fall short. Although Bright still has some missing features, the team behind it is open as to their road map and when we expect to receive updates. I cannot wait to see the improvements and future surprises they have. It’s been a pleasure to use the app, it feels snappy and buttery smooth after the latest update (4.5) and that’s only half of the update. | |

| 2026-02-09 | G2***** | It’s been incredible to see this team build based on community feedback, and improve an all-in-one health solution. At the end of the day, I rely on Bright to be the central nervous system for my health needs, tracking my metrics and helping me plan my meals. I can’t wait for more features, as we move towards having more of our health data in our hands | |

| 2026-02-08 | Ab***** | Honestly one of the most thoughtfully designed health apps I’ve tried. Bright does a great job of pulling everything into one place: nutrition, sleep, activity, recovery, all without making it feel overwhelming. The food logging is way smoother than most apps (photo logging actually works), and I really like seeing all my health data as one connected system instead of jumping between five different apps. The insights feel useful, not just numbers for the sake of numbers. UI is clean and modern, and you can tell the team actually cares about design and user experience. Still room to grow, but it already feels more intentional than a lot of the big-name health trackers. If you’re into understanding your health holistically instead of obsessing over one metric, this app’s worth it. | |
