2026-08-20	5s*****	Can you please update the onboarding. It doesnt allow you to select the device type and the buttons and layout are different which makes it confusing. It would also be great if there was a simpler way to control the mouse or the haptic feedback. Trying to use the keyboard on a tablet is…frustrating because you still need to tap the screen to navigate. That being said, once you’re in the field you want to type into, it is a pleasant experience.

2026-08-10	da*****	Too bulky and it sit so far down on the phone that if just feels weird. Also really bad its a hit and miss on the connection to typing you’ll have to open and close it to activate it.

2026-08-08	Cr*****	My backlight only worked for one day. The settings don’t stay set. When trying to do the typing tutorial, the space bar goes back instead of inputting a space and so it doesn’t work. I think this was a bad purchase

2026-04-01	Bk*****	My replacement from a replacement last three months now unresponsive completely! Support response warranty expired! The one this replaced was due to the letters peeling off the keyboard. If you’re thinking about getting one wait a year or so for this company remove all the bugs

2026-03-04	St*****	I hate that every time I launch the app just because I want to turn on the backlight so I can see what I'm typing, I have to go through the welcome experience from scratch, including typing an emoji which I CANNOT DO because I don't have an emoji keyboard enabled. So I'm stuck unable to access the settings for my keyboard until I go copy/paste the emoji from somewhere. Doing this once was bad. Doing it repeatedly makes me angry.
