I paid for no ads. 9$ to be exact because the ads were so excessive it was driving me nuts. Well, they still give me ads. Then I go to the restore purchases option and they ask for me to type in my password. I thought nothing of it and did it. Now I realize that was probably stupid. It’s usually the pop up at the bottom that wants my Face ID but this one was different and made me type it. Oh and it still didn’t restore. I went to their Reddit page and searched the forum and this exact issue has been being reported for at least a year if not more. So either the developers don’t care enough to fix it and still charging 9$ for their app that is already offered elsewhere for free, or they are truly doing it to take your money and take your password. Either way it’s deceptive. How can you even offer this option if you know it doesn’t work properly? On top of that they don’t make the app eligible for a refund so my only option was to report potential fraud or scam. And then I had to change my password which as we all know is a pain to deal with. Pretty disgusting if you ask me.

I love this game! I truly do! Have many elements and have been playing for so long! I have only one simple request… Please add saves! I want to be able to keep my infinite energy and yet reset my save file to start again (for challenges and events etc.) I understand if this is not possible, but please take my request into consideration.
