Recent reviews

This app is a joke. Had original email/password from 3 weeks ago. Now it doesn’t work mysteriously and when I use my email to send me a new email to reset my password I just keep getting an “We encountered and error - please try”….like wth am I supposed to do now. The passwords match but won’t process and it’s not telling me if anything I’m putting in is wrong or it’s a server/connection issue…? Meanwhile, I can’t get into the app to manage my account or pay my bill etc…it shouldn’t be this difficult. I use bill pay and 15 other apps/accounts and only this one is giving me issues…

Still a customer but this app is horrible.. to name a couple areas that are bad: invoice, WiFi activity, logging in, and much more. Love ripple fiber but there app is piss poor if I could give less than a star rating I would
