| 2024-12-18 | pu***** | Was able to make an account. Was able to pair with Bluetooth. Was not able to find a wifi network through the app. Tried so many times. Doesn’t seem to be a way to get technical assistance. | |

| 2024-10-15 | Ch***** | Once upon a time in the land of Campbell Crossing, I received a mystical scroll, aka a piece of paper, that promised I'd conquer my thermostat, but spoiler alert: it was about as useful as a screen door on a submarine! I eagerly scanned the QR code, hoping for enlightenment, only to be sent on a digital time travel adventure to the ancient (and utterly useless) Campbell Crossing app. 🤦🏽♀️ Rebounding from that disappointment, I embarked on a 20-minute scavenger hunt for the "My Apps" menu on the correct app, which, surprise surprise, doesn’t even exist! Another facepalm worthy moment of sheer tech wizardry. 🤦🏽♀️ Fueled by determination (and possibly a tad of insanity), I sought out this elusive “Campbell Crossing Thermostat App” in the App Store. Eureka! I found it. But wait, the plot thickens! 😮💨 Upon hurdling registration and logging in (skills I might add to my resume), the real fun began! My thermostat decided Bluetooth wasn’t a language it wanted to speak, giving me the cold shoulder 20 times over. Yet, with persistence (and a lot of muttering under my breath), I finally made it through to connect with my home WiFi while sitting intimately next to my router. Imagine my joy when the app threw a tantrum, glitching out, and reset every setting—leaving me dialing maintenance like it was a lifeline on a game show! But wait, there’s no time to watch their dance (and inevitable accusation that it’s my fault), as all my woes started with that dumb scroll and a thermostat that was, no doubt, procured at the “low-budget” price category. 🤯🤬🤬 So, heed my tale, weary traveler: save your time, your sanity, and your feelings. Inflation's got everyone pinching pennies, and unless you have the luxury of lounging in wait for these tech troubadours to fix what broke, skip this app, grab a blanket, and prepare for a winter that even Elsa would envy! 🥶 | |
