2026-08-21	sk*****	i have tried for days before i’m going to contact maintence and see what they can do. the thermostat will say “connection established” and i will make it almost all the way through the pairing process, but as soon as it hits wi-fi i hit a wall. “no network found” and the app will not let me scan again. it’s ridiculous!!

2026-06-17	Mi*****	This app has big connection issues between router and thermostat! It’s 2026 and they can’t make it work! It’s a constant effort and living in a two story house with only one system that is downstairs gives me sleepless nights because of having to play DJ for temperature changes or going downstairs physically when this app doesn’t decide to work for days ongoing !! It’s very very bad! Military Family’s deserve better
