2026-07-03	to*****	The app had been working fine, but I went to park my bike on a crowded day and they added a new block to create a user account . My data was spotty so that wasn’t working. It took 10 minutes to lock the bike using another app. No need to create an account for Bluetooth to function, so this is very disruptive
