2023-12-25	An*****		I absolutely love this app! The layout is super simple and clean. I have ADHD, sleep has always been a struggle for me, and winding down is tough. The brown noise in this app is a game-changer for me. It helps me stay focused during the day, blocking distractions. When it’s time to sleep, I set a 1 hour timer, and it automatically turns off after I am asleep. I have just started using the sleep tracker feature, and if it works as well as I hope, I will consider myself really lucky to have found this app. I’m still very happy to have discovered the brown noise app this Christmas.
