2026-06-12	ed*****	good lord this app is HORRIBLE! my financial advisor switched to cetera from LPL and every time i close the app, it logs me out and even with biometrics says my password is never correct upon re-entry. i have reset my password at least five times today alone. get this fixed! I'm about to pull my investments and put them somewhere else because of this, it is RIDICULOUS.

2026-05-06	CD*****	App is not too bad after you get logged in. Problem with this app is you’re required to provide a multi character password for security which is great but you cannot use a password autofill device to enter it at log in because Advice Works tells you you’ve entered it wrong. However, when you type in the exact same password, you can log in. App needs to allow user to use a password program to enter your info

2025-09-25	Pe*****	This financial app is the worst I have ever used. Fidelitys app is far superior. I can’t open this AW app and immediately see my total account amount and the days loss or gain. I hate the tiny fine print and faded pastel colors. Total thumbs down.

2025-07-07	Al*****	I am unable to attach screen dumps. I have my AdviceWorks account finally set up. Remember, I deleted, restarted my phone, reloaded the app, still nothing but a blank screen wants it loads. The only place I can log into my account is if I’m on a computer. There’s no one I can contact no App Support nothing.

2025-03-08	Ap*****	07 MAR 2025: AdviceWorks does not reflect current account status. My account status on a Financial Company is $X, but on AdviceWorks it is shown as $Y. And $Y is <<< $X! How difficult can this be? I sincerely hope that you did not outsource your software development effort to EM and his Clowns! On 28 FEB 2025 the app and website are completely offline! I did not receive an email letting me know that you were going offline. How long will you be offline? Did you experience a data breach? Were you hacked and being held ransom? You definitely need to get a better DevOps Team. This is not the way to update an app (and the corresponding website)!
